Do I have to take a language course?

No, students with study start in or after 2021 can take a language course voluntarily. Please have a look here for more information on your program structure.

Can I register for exams at FAU when taking a semester off?

No, you cannot register for exams at FAU during an “Urlaubssemester”. Please note, however, that you will automatically be re-registered for an exam if you failed it the semester before.

Is the registration process at the Technical Faculty different from WISO in Nuremberg?
